29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Four Bedroom Vacation Rental
Casa Esquina del Ojo is conveniently located. It is a gentle downhill walk to Centro's main square, and a short walk to Parque Juarez, Rosewood and Sierra Nevada hotels, and Mercado Sano.
The recently renovated and redecorated house combines Mexican colonial architecture with modern style and convenience.
The first level of the house includes the living room, dining room, kitchen as well as a bedroom containing a queen bed and full en suite bathroom. The dining room, the rear of which is a wall of windows and French doors, opens up to the lushly landscaped back garden, fountain, and a sala featuring a grill and fireplace lending a sense of indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and decorative Talavera tile. The living room can accommodate eight people for conversation, watching the large flatscreen TV, or gathering around the gas fireplace.
There are three additional bedrooms on the second floor. The large master bedroom is located at the rear of the house and overlooks the garden. It features a king-size bed and an en suite full bathroom. It also features a sitting area with a gas fireplace and television.
There are two additional guest rooms on the second floor, both with full en suite bathrooms. One has a queen-size bed and the other contains two twin beds which can be a king.
The rooftop has comfortable seating for both sun and shade, as well as a colorful pot garden. It boasts a magnificent 360 view including sunsets, weekend mornings hot air balloons, downtown San Miguel, the Parroquia, and Iglesia de San Antonio.
The housekeeper visits twice weekly and is also available to cook meals at an additional cost. Use of the single car garage, Wifi, phones, and bottled water included with stay.
You will be thrilled with this beautiful home and neighborhood.
* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates. Please inquire should you need additional time.

Night: $ 450 for 6 guests $ 50 US per extra guest (two-night minimum) / $ 540 (two-night minimum) for Holidays/Winter.
Week: $2,300 all-inclusive / $ 2,800 for Holidays/Winter.
Month: $ 4,900 all-include / $ 5,900 for Holidays/Winter.
