29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

The house is fully staffed with an English-speaking house manager, a chef, a maid, and a gardener.
Tips are $700 per week and less for shorter stays. The pool may be heated at the guest's option.
House Rules: Please inquire if traveling with children. Pets are discouraged. Events over 12 are permitted with approval. Event fees apply for over 20 guests.
The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays but are available at overtime rates.

Nightly: $ 2,300 / 2,650 High Season & Holidays( Three night minimum - Four night minimum for events )
Weekly: 12,600 / 14,490 High Season & Holidays
Events have a maximum of 50 guests with an event fee of $ 1,500 and $ 500 per additional event.
Agave will secure city permits.
Monthly rates are available upon request.
Rates do not include the following taxes: Value Added Tax (IVA) of 16% and State Hospitality Tax of 4%.
